Saqqara Pyramid
Our first destination is Saqqara, a pyramid complex akin to Giza, nestled within Memphis's necropolis. Witness the pioneering Step Pyramid of Zoser, a rectangular marvel soaring approximately 60 meters into the sky. Conceived around 2650 BC, this ceremonial edifice was masterminded by Imhotep, the illustrious Egyptian architect, for Pharaoh Zoser.

Ancient Memphis, Egypt
Our odyssey continues to Memphis, the illustrious capital of the Old Kingdom, reigning from 3100 to 2040 BC. This venerable city, said to be established by Narmer, the inaugural pharaoh, sits in the Nile Delta, precisely where Upper and Lower Egypt converge. Unearthed in 1820, the grand colossus of Ramses II, carved from pink granite, stands as a testament to his reign from 1279 to 1213 BC. Once prominently displayed in Cairo, the statue now resides in Memphis, shielded from the elements in a dedicated enclosure.
Following our sojourn through these monumental relics, we shall escort you back to your hotel, leaving you with indelible memories of an ancient past.
